34. סמכות הרשם לאחר ביטול ההתנגדות
הוגשה התנגדות כדין לפי סעיף 30 ובוטלה לאחר מכן, רשאי הרשם שלא לתת את הפטנט המבוקש, אם אגב ההתנגדות נתגלה לו חומר שלפיו לא היה מקום לקבל את הבקשה מלכתחילה.
