תיקון: תשע״ב
דוח חיפוש בין־לאומי, חוות דעת נלווית ודוח בחינה מקדימה שהופקו לגבי בקשה בין־לאומית, לא יחייבו את הבוחן לעניין בחינה לפי סעיף 48ו(ג)(1) ביחס לאותה בקשה, ואולם רשאי הבוחן להסתייע בהם לצורך הבחינה כאמור.
