56. תשלום אגרות
תיקון: תשנ״ה
פטנט יהא בר־תוקף לכל התקופה הקבועה בסעיף 52 אם שילם הבעל את האגרה שנקבעה (להלן – אגרת חידוש) במועדים שנקבעו כאמור; לא שולמה האגרה, יפקע תוקף הפטנט במועד שנקבע לתשלום האגרה.
