67. ההתנגדות לתיקון
כל אדם רשאי להתנגד בפני הרשם למתן רשות לתקן פירוט; ההתנגדות תהא במסירת הודעה לרשם תוך שלושה חדשים מיום פרסום מתן הרשות לתקן.
