69. תיקון טעויות סופר
(א)בעל פטנט רשאי לבקש תיקון של טעות סופר שנפלה בפירוט הפטנט, והרשם ירשה את התיקון אם שוכנע שהוא מתקן טעות סופר בלבד.
(ב)הרשם רשאי מיזמתו ובהסכמת בעל הפטנט לתקן טעות סופר שמצא בפירוט.
