7. סייג למתן פטנטים
על אף האמור בסעיף 2 לא יוענק פטנט על –
(1)תהליך לטיפול רפואי בגוף האדם;
(2)זנים חדשים של צמחים או בעלי חיים, זולת אורגניזמים מיקרו־ביולוגיים שלא הופקו מהטבע.
