71. רישום תיקון
לא הוגשה התנגדות לתיקון, או הוגשה ונדחתה בהחלטת הרשם או בפסק דין סופי, או ניתנה רשות לתקן את הפירוט על ידי בית המשפט על פי סעיף 190, ירשום הרשם את התיקון בפנקס, ומיום הרישום דין הפירוט המתוקן כאילו נתקבל כך מלכתחילה.
