73ב. ביטול פטנט שלא על פי בקשת בעל הפטנט
תיקון: תשנ״ה
הרשם רשאי על פי בקשת כל אדם שאיננו בעל הפטנט, לבטל פטנט אם מצא כי קיימת עילה שעל פיה ניתן להתנגד למתן הפטנט; דיני ההתישנות לא יחולו על בקשת ביטול לפי סעיף זה.
