77. בעלות משותפת
(א)אמצאה או פטנט אפשר שיהיו בבעלות משותפת של בני אדם אחדים.
(ב)היו לאמצאה או לפטנט בעלים אחדים, יראו אותם, לענין זכויותיהם בינם לבין עצמם, כבעלי חלקים שווים, אם לא נקבעה חלוקה אחרת בהסכם בכתב שביניהם או מכוח דין.
