84. רשיון ניצול
בעל פטנט רשאי ליתן בכתב רשיון, יחודי או לא יחודי, לניצול האמצאה שעליה ניתן הפטנט, ורשאי לעשות כן בעל אמצאה שעליה נתבקש פטנט.
