92. מימוש שעבוד
שעבוד על פטנט אינו ניתן למימוש אלא ברשות בית המשפט, והוא רשאי ליתן לבעל השעבוד כל סעד שימצא לנכון, ובין היתר – למנות כונס נכסים או להורות על מכירת הפטנט.
