94. הגבלת פעולות הרשם לשם בטחון המדינה
תיקון: תשנ״ה
(א)שר הבטחון רשאי, בצו, אם ראה צורך בכך לשם הגנת המדינה, לרבות השמירה על סודותיה הבטחוניים, ולאחר התייעצות עם שר המשפטים –
(1)להורות לרשם שיימנע מעשיית פעולה שהוא חייב או רשאי לעשותה לפי חוק זה בענין בקשה פלונית, או שידחה את עשייתה;
(2)לאסור או להגביל פרסום או מסירת ידיעות בקשר לבקשה פלונית או בקשר למידע הכלול בה.
(ב)העתק הצו של שר הבטחון יימסר למבקש.
