12. כניסה למכלים
לא יכנס אדם ולא ירשה לאחר להיכנס למכל, אלא לאחר נקיטת כל אמצעי הבטיחות הדרושים ולאחר קבלת אישור בכתב מאת בעלי המיתקן או מי שהוסמך לכך.
