16א. איסורים ושילוט בחוות מכלים
תיקון: תשס״ה
בחוות מכלים –
(1)לא יעשן אדם ולא ישתמש בטלפון נייד או במכשיר קשר שאינו עומד בדרישות תקנה 10(ג) ו־(ד), למעט במבנה המצוי בתוכה;
(2)יותקן שלט אזהרה בנוסח ”אין לעשן ואין להשתמש בטלפון נייד או מכשיר קשר שאינו מוגן התפוצצות למעט במבנה“ או בנוסח דומה שבו הסבר באמצעים גרפיים.
