1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”הפקודה“ – פקודת מס הכנסה;
”הכנסה מעבודה“ – הכנסה מהמקורות המפורטים בסעיף 2(2) לפקודה;
”הכנסה ממשלח יד“ – הכנסה מהמקורות המפורטים בסעיף 2(1) ו־(8) לפקודה, ששימשה יסוד לתשלום דמי ביטוח לפי סעיף 164 לחוק;
”רבעון“ – תקופת רבע שנה שתחילתה ב־1 בחדשים ינואר, אפריל, יולי או אוקטובר;
”השכר הממוצע“ – כמשמעותו בסעיף 1 לחוק;
”התאריך הקובע“ – כמשמעותו בסעיף 127כא לחוק;
”התקופה הקובעת“ – כמשמעותה בתקנה 3.
