4. הכנסה של מבוטח שהיה עובד ועובד עצמאי בתקופה הקובעת
ההכנסה שתובא בחשבון לגבי מבוטח שהיה עובד ועובד עצמאי כאמור בתקנה 3(3) היא –
(1)בחר בתקופה קובעת בהתאם לתקנה 3(1) – הכנסתו מעבודה באותה תקופה;
(2)בחר בתקופה קובעת בהתאם לתקנה 3(2) – הכנסתו מעבודה וממשלח יד באותה תקופה.
