Section 3 of תקנות שירות מילואים (תגמולים) (הענקות לנערים עובדים המשתתפים בחינוך קדם־צבאי), תשל״ז–1976, הזכאות להענקה.
3. הזכאות להענקה
נער עובד יהיה זכאי להענקה בהתקיים כל אלה:
(1)הוא השתתף בחינוך קדם צבאי יותר מיום אחד ברציפות;
(2)הוא עבד לפחות שלושים ימי עבודה בתקופה הקובעת;
(3)לא שולם לו שכר עבודה בעד התקופה בה השתתף בחינוך הקדם־צבאי, או ששולם לו שכר עבודה בסכום שהוא פחות מההענקה המגיעה לו לפי תקנות אלה.
