15. התגמול לנכה במוסד
תיקון: תש״ך, תש״ך־2, תשכ״ג, תשכ״ד, תשכ״ט, תש״ל
(א)נכה במוסד שהוא רווק, יופחת סך תגמוליו לכל יום של שהותו במוסד ויועמד על 75% מהתגמול היומי בעד טיפול רפואי.
(ב)הוראת תקנת משנה (א) לא תחול על נכה שתקופת שהותו במוסד אינה עולה על 14 ימים רצופים.
