19. תיקון והחלפה
תיקון: תשס״ח
(א)נכה שקיבל מכשיר זכאי גם שהמכשיר יתוקן או יוחלף, במידה שהדבר נדרש מחמת בלאי או קלקול שלא נגרמו על ידי הנכה בצדיה או ברשלנות.
(ב)רופא מוסמך מחוזי יקבע אם קיימים התנאים לזכות האמורה ואת האופן, הזמן והמקום שבהם יבוצעו.
(ג)הוחלף מכשיר, יחזירו הנכה מיד לרופא המוסמך המחוזי או למי שהרופא המוסמך הראשי הסמיכו לעניין זה.
