2. הודעה לזכאי לייצוג על חובת תשלום
בעת המצאת הודעה לנאשם או למערער על מינוי סניגור ציבורי לפי תקנה 2(א) לתקנות הסניגוריה הציבורית, התשנ״ו–1996, או במועד סמוך אחריו, תומצא לו גם הודעה בדבר התשלום שהוא חייב בו על פי תקנות אלה, לרבות הסכום שהוא חייב בו, מועד התשלום ודרכי הגבייה, בצירוף השובר לתשלום.
