5. ניסיון צבאי
ניסיון פיקודי שנרכש במסגרת שירות צבאי או שירות אזרחי–לאומי, ייחשב כניסיון בניהול כוח אדם, ובלבד שהוא בהיקף דומה למועצה הדתית, כנדרש בתקנה 3(4) ובתקנה 4(4).
