2. תנאים למתן פטור מחובת בחינה לרופאי שיניים מחוץ לארץ
רופא שיניים מחוץ לישראל, המתקיימים בו התנאים המפורטים בסעיף 6(א)(1), (2) ו־(4) לפקודה, פטור מחובת בחינה ובלבד שעסק במשך 5 שנים לפחות במהלך שבע השנים שקדמו למועד הגשת בקשה לפטור מבחינה, לפי תקנה 3.
