19. סודיות
(א)דיוני ועדת הבחינה וכל חומר הבחינה הם סודיים ואין למסור את תכנם או לגלותם.
(ב)על אף האמור בתקנת משנה (א) רשאי נבחן שנכשל לקבל מידע על התחום בו נכשל.
