14. הגבלות על החייב וביטולן
תיקון: תשע״ד
נכנסה לתוקף הגבלה, תישלח הודעה על כך לחייב ולגורמים המפורטים בצו ההגבלה; הודעה כאמור תישלח בכל דרך לרבות באמצעות תקשורת בין מחשבים; בהודעה כאמור יצוינו שם החייב ומספר הזהות שלו, מספר ההליך שבו הוטלה ההגבלה, מועד הטלת ההגבלה ותאריך פקיעתה אם קבע הרשם.
