6. דרך קבלת מידע
קבלת מידע מגוף ציבורי תיעשה באמצעות תקשורת בין מחשבים, על גבי אמצעי מגנטי או באמצעות טפסים, כפי שיקבע המנהל בהסכמת הגוף הציבורי.
