תיקון: תשס״ב
בתקנות אלה –
”ועדה“ – הועדה שמונתה לפי סעיף 78(א) לפקודה;
”יושב ראש“ – יושב ראש הועדה;
”עבירת משמעת“ – אחד המעשים או המחדלים המנויים בסעיף 45(1) עד (7) לפקודה;
”השר“ – שר הבריאות.
