20. טיפול בשאריות חומר צמחי
(א)לא יטפל אדם בשאריות חומר צמחי בחלקת גידול אורגנית אלא בשיטות אלה:
(1)הצנעה בקרקע;
(2)ריסוק השאריות והשארתן לחיפוי החלקה.
(ב)לא יפנה אדם שאריות חומר צמחי אלא לאתר טיפול בפסולת או לאתר סילוק פסולת המורשה כדין.
