33. הובלת תוצרת אורגנית
לא יוביל אדם תוצרת אורגנית אלא לפי המפורט להלן:
(1)תוצרת אורגנית שאינה ארוזה מראש, תובל בנפרד מתוצרת שאינה אורגנית והמכלים שהיא מובלת בהם יסומנו במילה ”אורגני“;
(2)בעל התוצרת ימלא, לפני העמסת התוצרת על כלי ההובלה, תעודת משלוח לפי הטופס שבתוספת השניה; תעודת המשלוח תהא בידי המוביל בעת ההובלה ותימסר עם סיומה למקבל התוצרת.
