17. פטור מהגשת מסמכים
בלי לגרוע מהוראות סעיף 18(ג)(2) לחוק, רשאי הממונה לפטור מגיש בקשה מהגשת מסמך ממסמכי הבקשה, אם ראה שיש בידיו המידע הדרוש לשם קבלת החלטה בבקשה, ובלבד שלא יהיה בכך כדי לפגוע בפרסום הבקשה לפי סעיף 21 לחוק.
