210. הריגה
(א)הגורם במעשה או במחדל אסורים למותו של אדם, ייאשם בהריגה, ודינו, מאסר עולם.
(ב)מחדל אסור הוא מחדל, העולה כדי התרשלות פושעת במילוי חובה, בין שיש עמו כוונה לגרום למוות או חבלת גוף, ובין שאין עמו כוונה כזאת.
