302. הוצאות ביצוע צו גירוש
מפקד צבאי רשאי להטיל את הוצאות ביצוע צו הגירוש, לרבות הוצאות ההחזקה במשמורת, על המסתנן, ובלבד שסך הוצאות אלה לא יעלה על 7,500 שקלים חדשים; ורשאי המפקד הצבאי להורות על חילוט ההוצאות מכספי המסתנן.
