307א. ערר
תיקון: 2235
(א)אדם הרואה עצמו נפגע מהחלטה לפי סעיפים 301 עד 303, רשאי להגיש ערר על ההחלטה לוועדה.
(ב)הוגש ערר לוועדה, רשאית הוועדה לדון במסגרת הערר גם בעניין החזקתו במשמורת.
(ג)בדונה בעניינו של אדם לפי סעיף זה יהיו נתונות לוועדה סמכויות לפי סעיף 308.
