323. נשיאת תעודת זהות
(א)תושב, גבר, שמלאו לו 16 שנה ישא עמו תעודת זהות.
(ב)מי שנכנס לאזור מישראל ואיננו תושב אזור מוחזק ישא עמו תעודה המשמשת לזיהויו שהוא חייב לשאתה בישראל.
(ג)תושב אזור מוחזק, גבר שמלאו לו 16 שנה, ישא עמו תעודת זהות המנופקת לפי תחיקת הבטחון החלה באזור המוחזק.
