328. הוצאות לנקיטת אמצעי ביטחון
המפקד הצבאי יקבע מי יישא בהוצאות נקיטת אמצעי הבטחון ויהיה רשאי לקבוע כי הוצאות אלו יוטלו, כולן או חלקן, על בעל המקרקעין או המטלטלין או על האדם שברשותו נמצאים אמצעי הבטחון, לפי הענין.
