4. סמכויות שוטר
לכל שוטר הנמנה עם כוחות המשטרה יהיו סמכויות אלו:
(1)הסמכויות הנתונות לכל חייל על פי תחיקת הביטחון;
(2)הסמכויות שהיו לכל שוטר באזור ביום כ״ח באייר התשכ״ז (7 ביוני 1967) על פי כל דין שחל באזור באותו יום.
