69ה. שימוש מותר באמצעי זיהוי ובנתוני זיהוי
תיקון: 1672
(א)אמצעי זיהוי שניטל מאדם לפי הוראות סעיף 69ג, ישמש רק לשם הפקת נתוני זיהוי.
(ב)נתוני הזיהוי שהופקו כאמור בסעיף קטן (א), ישמשו למטרות אלה בלבד:
(1)הכללתם במאגר;
(2)השוואתם לנתוני הזיהוי שבמאגר כאמור בסעיף 11יד לחוק סדר הדין הפלילי;
(3)אימות או עדכון הנתונים שבמאגר.
