77. מינוי עורך דין על ידי בית משפט צבאי
(א)נאשם לפני בית משפט של שלושה, שהואשם בעבירה שדינה מאסר עשר שנים או יותר, שלא בחר לו סנגור, ימנה לו בית המשפט הצבאי סנגור בהסכמתו.
(ב)נאשם שאין חובה למנות לו סנגור, רשאי בית משפט צבאי, מטעמים מיוחדים – לבקשת הצדדים או מיוזמתו הוא – למנות לו סנגור.
