84. איסור קבלת שכר
סנגור הזכאי לשכר טרחה והוצאות הגנה כאמור בסעיף 83 לא יקבל מאת הנאשם או מאדם אחר כל שכר, פיצוי, מתנה או טובת הנאה אחרת.
