באזור רגיש, ובאזור שאינו רגיש – על פי הוראה מיוחדת של המנהל, יתקין מפעיל מחצבה מד רוח עם רישום רציף המחובר למערכת בקרה ממוחשבת לבדיקת מהירות הרוח וכיוונה.
