19. תחילה
(א)תחילתן של תקנות אלה, לענין מיתקן חדש, 30 ימים מיום פרסומן.
(ב)תחילתן של תקנות אלה, לענין מיתקן קיים, שישה חודשים מיום פרסומן.
(ג)על אף האמור בתקנת משנה (ב), תחילת תוקפן של תקנות 6(ב), 7 ו־13 לענין מיתקן קיים – שלוש שנים מיום פרסומן של תקנות אלה.
