4. נקיטת אמצעים באזור רגיש
על אף האמור בתקנה 3, יפסיק מפעיל מחצבה לאלתר פעולת מיתקן באזור רגיש שמערכת מניעת אבק או שיקוע אבק, שהותקנה בו, אינה תקינה ושנגרם ממנו זיהום אוויר חזק או בלתי סביר, ויפעילו מחדש רק לאחר שהבטיח את נקיטת האמצעים למניעת גרימת זיהום אוויר בלתי סביר.
