2. חריג מטעמי חוסר בכוח אדם
חייל מילואים המשרת בתפקידים ובמקצועות כמפורט בטור א׳ להלן, הנמנים עם התפקידים והמקצועות שנקבעו בצו לפי סעיף 6(4) לחוק ואשר קיים לגביהם חוסר בכוח אדם, ישרת בשירות מילואים למספר ימים שלא יעלה על המפורט לצדם בטור ב׳ להלן, במהלך תקופה של שלוש שנים רצופות:
