1. כללים לביטול ההכרה
המועצה רשאית להחליט על ביטול הכרה במוסד מוכר בהתקיים בו אחד מאלה –
(1)המוסד הפר או חדל להתקיים בו תנאי מתנאי ההכרה בין שהתנאי נקבע בחיקוק ובין שנקבע בהחלטת ההכרה;
(2)המוסד פעל בניגוד להוראות החוק או בניגוד להחלטה שניתנה מכוח החוק והובאה לידיעת המוסד;
(3)המועצה נוכחה שבמוסד אי סדרים שאינם הולמים מוסד אקדמי בישראל;
(4)המוסד אינו מסוגל לקיים פעילות תקינה מבחינה אקדמית או מינהלית.
