4. עונש
תיקון: תש״ח־2
כל אדם המפר כללים כל־שהם שהותקנו לפי הפקודה הזאת, יאשם בעבירה, ויהיה צפוי – לאחר שיתחייב בדין, במשפט תכוף – לקנס של עשר לירות, או – אם העבירה היא עבירה שנייה או עבירה שלאחר השנייה – לקנס של עשרים וחמש לירות או למאסר של חודש אחד או לאותם שני ענשים כאחד.
