11. חופים שקטים
תיקון: תשפ״א
(א)המועצה רשאית להכריז על אזורים בתחום האיגוד כ”חוף שקט“, שבהם תיאסר הפעלת אמצעים להשמעת קול או מוזיקה מכל סוג ובכל עוצמה שהיא.
(ב)החליטה המועצה כאמור בסעיף קטן (א), תפרסם את החלטתה באתר האינטרנט של המועצה ותציין במודעות ובשלטים את האיסור ואת גבולות האזורים.
(ג)החליטה המועצה כאמור בסעיף קטן (א), לא יפעיל אדם באותו אזור אמצעי להשמעת קול או מוזיקה.
