7. השכרה, שכירות והעמדה של כיסאות מרגוע, אוהלים, סירות, ציוד צלילה
(א)לא יעמיד בעל עסק בתחום חוף הים, לשם השכרה, כיסא מרגוע, צריף, סככה, אוהל, שמשייה, מחסה או כיוצא באלה, אלא לפי היתר מיושב ראש האיגוד ועל פי תנאי ההיתר.
(ב)לא ישכיר בעל עסק ולא ימכור בתחום חוף הים סירות, ציוד צלילה וספורט מים וכיוצא באלה אלא לפי היתר מיושב ראש האיגוד ועל פי תנאי ההיתר.
