9. סמכות שר האוצר להתקין תקנות
תיקון: תש״ח
(1)יכול שר האוצר להתקין תקנות לביצועה של תכליותיה של פקודה זו.
(2)ביחוד ומבלי לפגוע בכללות הסמכות דלעיל יכולות אותן תקנות לקבוע הוראות בדבר:–
(א)הצורה שבה ינהלו את ספר הרישום של שעבודי היבול, וכן
(ב)המסים שיש לשלם בעד כל פעולה, ענין או דבר שיש לעשותם או לקיימם עפ״י פקודה זו.
