2. מתן הודעה
נוכח המנהל כי בעל זיכיון לכאורה שידר שידור תוך הפרה, ימסור לו הודעה בדבר כוונתו לתת התראה על ההפרה, שבה יצוינו פרטים אלה:
(1)זיהוי מישדר הטלוויזיה, הקדימון או הפרסומת אשר שודרו תוך הפרה;
(2)מועד השידור;
(3)טיב ההפרה.
