9. הוראת יושב ראש הוועדה בדבר סכום ההיטל
לא מסר בעל היתר דיווח כאמור בתקנה 8, או שמסר דיווח כאמור אך יש ליושב ראש הוועדה יסוד סביר להניח כי הדיווח אינו נכון או כי נפלה טעות בחישוב סכום ההיטל, רשאי יושב ראש הוועדה, לאחר שנתן לבעל ההיתר הזדמנות להשמיע את טענותיו, להורות בהחלטה מנומקת, את סכום ההיטל שעל בעל ההיתר לשלם.
