2. גבייה בנכסים ללא כספים
תיקון: תשמ״ה
לא כללו הנכסים כספים שמהם ניתן לגבות את השכר במועדים הקבועים בתקנה 1(א) ולא היתה אפשרות של קיזוז על פי סעיף 12(ב) לחוק, ייגבה השכר במועד האפשרי הקרוב שלאחריהם, אולם במקרה זה הוא יחושב על פי שווי הנכסים ביום תשלום השכר בפועל.
